What is NS-Crease Line 8ATC?
The NS-Crease Line 8ATC is a counter plate fabrication machine equipped with an automatic tool changer function. Equipped with 8 tools used for milling, tapering, and groove machining, the machine automatically changes the tools according to the specific job required. Since all tool changes are done automatically, there is no need for manual tool changes, which increases work efficiency. When changing tools, blade height adjustment is automatic, allowing for precise adjustments down to 0.01mm, allowing for exceptionally high-end and accurate fabrication of the counter plate.

Z-Axis Height Auto-Adjust
The machine measures the material thickness from the material surface, automatically controlling the tool’s protrusion. This enables consistent depth during milling by adjusting the Z-axis control based on the material, ensuring stable line depths for creasing.
Auto-Tool Changer (ATC)
The machine will automatically select the right tool for the job, ensuring optimal quality and consistency of the crease lines throughout the counter plate.

Ball&Screw Control System
NS-Crease Line utilizes a ball screw linear drive system, allowing for high-precision fabrication compared to a belt or rack-and-pinion drive system. Even with prolonged use, consistent accuracy is maintained.
Foil Stamping / Aluminum
By equipping an end mill tool, milling of metal & brass used for foil stamping is also possible. This is a specialized configuration for milling material other than Pertinax / Phenolic counterplates.
Touch-panel Interface
NS-Crease Line 8ATC has been designed with user-friendly operation in mind. The interface has been simplified, making it easy for anyone to operate. With just a few buttons and a touch panel console, you can quickly navigate the system and configure settings.
