The idea first took shape in 2010 with the introduction of the counter plate making machine, NS-CREASE, which is equipped with an automatic tool changer and brings accuracy up to 1/1000.
The latest camera module also enables easy control management by measuring the depth of NS-Crease Lines to a very high level of precision.

The NS-Crease Line 8ATC is a fully loaded counter plate processing system with an automatic tool changer. Able to automatically switch between eight different tools, the NS-Crease Line 8ATC is also equipped with a touch panel for easy operation.
