Labor-saving and efficiency solutions for the manufacturing industry

Solution proposals including consulting services that can be provided because of our wide range of expertise
Transferring this know-how to robotic technology

Nihon Seiki Kogyo has continued to propose the latest systems, including CAD/CAM, to a variety of industries and sectors.
We have meticulously responded to the needs of our customers by manufacturing completely original machines developed in-house if they are not already available in the world.
As the culmination of these efforts, we have been developing and researching in-house solutions that automate and save labor using robots under the themes of “automation of routine tasks” and “digitalization of skills possessed by skilled craftsmen” to reform work styles and solve manpower shortages.

Transfer and reproduction of human skills to robots

1. Cooperation between processing machine and robot arm

A completely unmanned production system can be established by linking the supply of materials to existing processing machines, pick-up after processing, and palletizing operations with a robot arm.

2. Automation of blade insertion into die-cut molds

Automation of blade insertion into die-cut molds, which used to be done manually by craftsmen, is now automated using a robot arm. Decisions on which blade to insert in which location can also be automated from CAD data.

3. Depalletizing / Automatic loading on transfer conveyor

Introduced robot arms to supply materials to various processing machines, including gluers and box-making machines.
The revolutionary hand-picking enables block-by-block picks of items that could not be scooped before.

4. Depalletizing bundles of paperboard from pallets
